Novakia is a free and sovereign country that is governed only minimally in order to ensure the freedom of all Novakians. Among Novakia's territory claims is territory that is landlocked by the United States, but our country also claims an island territory called Enderbury Island, which is located in the Pacific Ocean. Although an extremely small country geographically as well as in population, having only four citizens, Novakia's ideals are among the most humane in the world, and we, the people of Novakia, wish to contribute to the fight against world hunger using this fantastically convenient and fun tool, thus living out a large part of what Novakia stands for.
