One out of seven people goes to bed hungry every night. That in itself is enough motivation to put an end to world hunger, but there are many more reasons.

Hunger impacts on all aspects of social life including education, health care, social stability, economic growth and more. And yet, it is a problem that we already know all that we need to know to resolve it.

Take a look at this great webpage from the World Food Programme, that explains the many good reasons why we should and why we can put an end to hunger.

This video just captures a glimpse of what hunger really is. The message that it sends is that we need to end hunger. Not just around the world but in America too. This video is truly inspirational.

"We know how to solve hunger" (0:30) ...Then why isn't it solved??? Please everyone, we know HOW to solve hunger, we just need TO solve hunger!

This video is both depressing and energizing. Depressing because it just comes to show how many people are starving out there, and energizing because it gives dedication to help make this problem come to an end. I'm sure that I wouldn't be this much inspired by any other video, even if it's longer.

That was an extremely inspirational short video.
Sometimes those short videos get the point across much better than long ones.
I'll have to stop commenting....must keep playing freerice to help the hungry!
